Experienced Paralegal

Experienced Paralegal needed for our Oakland County office.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Research
  • Drafting of documents
  • E-filing
  • Preparation of pleadings and correspondence
  • Trial preparation

Skills and experience:

  • Potential candidates must have previous paralegal experience
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
  • The ideal candidate will possess mid to high-level computer skills, superior communication skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Medical malpractice experience is a plus

Experienced Legal Assistant

Experienced Legal Assistant needed for our Oakland County office.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining calendar, schedule and diaries
  • Transcription
  • E-filing
  • Scheduling of hearing and depositions
  • Preparation of correspondence
  • Other secretarial duties, as needed

Skills and experience:

  • Potential candidates must have the ability to multi-task and must work well in a team environment
  • The ideal candidate will possess mid to high-level computer skills, superior communication skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented

Trial Attorney

The right candidate will have the opportunity to handle some of the best medical malpractice, civil rights, auto negligence, general negligence and premise liability cases in the country.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for all aspects of investigation, litigation and settlement negotiations

Skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of personal injury experience
  • Must be detail-oriented, hard-working and self-driven
  • Leadership, communication and writing skills are also important
