Colin D. Gerish

Colin Gerish studied Psychology at Hillsdale College before earning his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law. While in law school, Colin served as the Executive Director of the Trial Advocacy Board and won Mock Trial awards for best overall advocate and most professional. Colin also served as the Student Director of the school’s Arbitration Program, which placed second in the nation in 2017. In undergraduate school, Colin was a four-year varsity pitcher for the Hillsdale College baseball team.

Colin enters his career having gained a multitude of experience working as a clerk for Don Dawson of the Fieger Team. He is excited to continue to learn from the best and develop his skill set. Colin loves the law because it gives him an opportunity to be a voice for those who have lost theirs along the way.

“Whether it’s a lack of understanding of the system or a lack of access to it, not everybody has a chance to be heard,” Colin said. “That’s why we, as attorneys, have a special obligation to protect the interests of our clients and ensure they are being treated with dignity and respect.”
